These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Brady Plumbing and Heating website and the services provided by Tucker Brady, Master Plumber, operating in the Denver Metro area of Colorado. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Brady Plumbing and Heating provides the following services in the Denver Metro area and surrounding Colorado communities:

• Water heater installation, replacement, and repair (all types)
• Plumbing repairs including leaks, faucets, hose bibbs, backflows, shower valves, and PRVs
• Drain repair and maintenance
• Remodel plumbing and new construction installs
• Gas line work
• Permit pulls and code-compliant inspections

Services are performed by Tucker Brady personally. Brady Plumbing and Heating does not use subcontractors. All work is performed by a licensed and insured Master Plumber.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided before work begins are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described or discovered during the job. Tucker will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work. You will not be charged for work you did not authorize.

The Price Match Guarantee applies to quotes from licensed and insured Master Plumbers in the Denver Metro area for the same scope of work. It does not apply to unlicensed contractors, handymen, or quotes for different scopes of work.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

Brady Plumbing and Heating stands behind its work. If a problem arises directly from our workmanship within a reasonable period after completion, Tucker will return to address it at no additional charge. This does not cover issues caused by pre-existing conditions, customer modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment (such as water heaters) are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's terms. Tucker will provide guidance on warranty registration and claims.

5. Limitations of Liability

Brady Plumbing and Heating's liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from plumbing issues, pre-existing conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are fully insured for our work — contact us if you have a concern about a specific job.

6. Code Compliance

All work is performed to Colorado plumbing code. Code compliance is based on conditions present at the time of the job. If pre-existing conditions in your home require additional work to bring the system up to code, Tucker will inform you before proceeding. Some older homes may require additional upgrades to meet current code requirements — these will be quoted separately.

7. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation. Use of this website does not create a contractor-client relationship. That relationship begins only when work is agreed upon and scheduled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Brady Plumbing and Heating or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission from Tucker Brady.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
